These terms cover your use of longevityreportcard.com (“the site”), operated by Longevityreportcard.com (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them.
We work to cite a source for every figure and to mark figures we have not yet rechecked. Research changes, prices change, and we can make mistakes. The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
The site is supported by advertising and sponsorship. Paid placements are labelled. Listing a medicine, test, product or service is not a recommendation, and no drug maker pays to appear in the medicines list.
If you send a suggestion, you allow us to use it on the site without payment or credit. We decide what is added, and nobody can pay to be included.
If we offer a paid report or other paid product, the price and what it includes will be shown before you pay. If something you bought does not work, email support@longevityreportcard.com within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break it, overload it, or copy its content in bulk for republication. You may print pages and your own report for personal use and to share with your doctor.
The text, design, calculator and exercise illustrations belong to us or our licensors. Studies and sources we link to belong to their owners.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA.
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
